We are exhorted to continuously strain forward to the fullness of salvation which Christ has secured for us. As a runner leans into the finish line, so Christians reach toward Christ by faith in Him.
Most of us have achieved some kinds of secular achievements. In the end, we cannot take them with us into glory. So, why would we live for them now? We have something better to live for-Christ Jesus our Lord.
