Sarah gave birth to a son just like God said she would, and Abraham named him Isaac. Sarah wanted Hagar and Ishmael to leave because she didn’t want Ishmael to also be an heir with Isaac. Abraham felt bad for Ishmael. But God promised to take care of Ishmael, so Abraham helped Hagar and Ishmael leave.
